Koromanti and the North Star is a band named after the first recorded banjo song and first recorded instance of Afro-Caribbean music. Featuring old-time strings and African percussion, they revive African roots, blues, gospel and folk songs from across the diaspora. Part of the Tiny Church Concert Series at the Little Dutch Church. Doors 6:40pm, show 7pm (50-60 min). Admission by donation; capacity 50.
