The Brewery Market
by The Halifax Brewery Farmers Market
Open every Saturday, year-round, from 8am - 1pm, featuring over 65 unique local food, drink and craft vendors, and welcoming over 2500 customers! The Halifax Brewery Market Cooperative, a member-run not-for-profit coop, hosts a weekly year-round farmers market every Saturday in the historic Alexander Keith's building hidden along Lower Water Street just off the Halifax Boardwalk. Our mandate is to support and promote small-scale, local food producers and artisans and to be a positive force in the growth and sustainability of our local economy. We strive to be a welcoming community space for people to come together, supporting and nourishing a sustainable local food system in a relaxed environment.
